After you request information a representative will respond to your request with an estimate for your services.

The Rodeo Gril accepts, Master card, Visa and American Express.

The Rodeo Grill cares about your privacy. We will not sell or share your private information with anyone. If you contact us by phone, email or by using our contact form, we will use this information to provide you the services or information that you request.

*Seafood and beef prices cannot be guaranteed until 7 days before your event and are subject to market availability

Tips or gratuities are not included and are at your personal discretion based on staff professionalism and performance. Your generosity is appreciated.
Please note all of our staff is ServSafe Certified and we uphold the highest standards of food preparation and safety. We are proud to say all our food is prepared in accordance with HACCP principles.

To secure a date a signed contract and deposit of 50% of total invoice are required upon booking your date. Seven business days prior to your event, the remaining balance is due as well as final guest count.

Cancellation Policies
Any cancellations made within 30 days prior to your event, are subject to nonrefundable deposit.

Cancellations made more than 31 days prior to your event, will receive 50% deposit, or held toward another Rodeo Grill event.

$50 per hour
 Minimum of 4.5 hours

Servers/Waiters
$35 per hour
Minimum of 4.5 hours

Event Manager
$75 per hour a min of 8 hours

Bridal Coordinator
$2,000.00
(2 meetings and day of coordinating)

Tents, tables, chairs, etc. Contact our Event Manager for pricing.
